Open Letter
to President Donald Trump
How You Can Truly Make America First?
February 12, 2026
Dear Mr. President,
YOU CAN STOP THE DIMENSIONS OF ATROCITIES IN IRAN
![]() |
At rare moments in history, a leader is confronted with a decision that defines not only a presidency, but an era. As Marc Thiessen stated in The Washington Post, you now stand at such a crossroads regarding Iran. The choice before you, is the kind that determines whether a president is remembered as merely consequential—or truly great, in the company of figures such as Ronald Reagan, Franklin D. Roosevelt or Abraham Lincoln.
The stakes are not abstract. They are strategic, moral, and historic
.
The Choice Before You, two divergent paths:
The Path of Lifeline
Continuing policies resembling those of the administrations of both Bush, father and son, Barack Obama and Joe Biden—policies as granting economic or diplomatic breathing space that allowed Mullah’s regime to endure.
The Path of Decisive Action
Using a rare convergence of internal instability, public unrest, and economic strain inside Iran to fundamentally end the regime’s murderous rule and support a constitutional government be it Monarchy or Republic.
The Measure of Presidential Greatness
We know that history judges presidents by how they respond when opportunity and responsibility intersect. We have discussed and suggested that moving beyond containment toward a decisive strategy would define your legacy as one centered on strength, deterrence, and global security.
Central to our argument is credibility. When warnings were issued by an American president, the world watches to see whether they are enforced. If they are not, adversaries calculate; if they are, deterrence is restored.
America First — In the Grand Strategic Sense
Mr. President, you “America First” is most powerful when it means not only protecting American borders, but shaping a world in which threats to American security are reduced before they mature. In our view, strength abroad prevents conflict at home. History often credits leaders not merely for the crises they managed, but for the dangers they prevented.
The Judgment of History
Moments such as this are rare. They cannot be postponed, delegated, or revisited. They must be decided. These are the decisions from which greatness is made.
Mr. President, history is watching. So are millions who believe that the direction you choose now will determine not only your legacy, but the course of stability, freedom, and security in one of the world’s most consequential regions.
Respectfully,
Freydoon khoie,
Chairman
