Operational Directive for Nationalist and National Forces of Iran
February 28, 2026 – A DATE THAT WILL LIVE IN INFAMY
Our beloved Patriotic and Valiant Youth,
After 47 years of darkness and Mullah’s savagery in our beloved homeland the time to reclaim our homeland has arrived. To navigate through chaos and establish a New Order, the control of the country’s vital points must be carried out with discipline and intelligence. Your ten objectives are as follows:
1. Neutralizing Hubs of Oppression: Police Stations, Basij Bases, and Headquarters Mosques
Action: Surround and capture Basij bases and police stations.
Logic: These centers are the eyes and ears of the regime. Secure documents, communication equipment, and detention centers intact. Reclaim mosques from the regime’s monopoly and transform them into local coordination centers and public shelters.
2. The Echo of the Nation’s Voice: Radio, TV, and Transmission Centers
Action: Immediate seizure of State Broadcasting buildings (Jam-e Jam) and provincial centers.
Logic: Cut off regime propaganda and broadcast messages of hope, national anthems, and safety instructions. Do not allow the regime to create fear and horror through the spread of rumors.
3. Energy Security: Fuel Depots and Storage Tanks
Action: Protection of refineries and gasoline/gas storage facilities.
Logic: Mobility is the key to victory. Fuel must be prioritized for ambulances, emergency vehicles, and food distribution. Prevent "scorched earth" strategies and the torching of reservoirs by fleeing regime forces.
4. The National Arsenal: Ammunition Depots and Bunkers
Action: Capture and guard armories and evacuated barracks.
Logic: These weapons belong to the nation. They must be under the supervision of organized defense committees to prevent looting, urban insecurity, and internal conflicts.
5. The Sanctuary of Health: Hospitals and Medical Centers
Action: Create a security "Green Zone" around all hospitals.
Logic: Medical staff must treat the wounded (from all sides) in total security. The electricity, water, and pharmaceutical reserves of these centers are our red line.
6. The Artery of Livelihood: Banks, Silos, and Food Warehouses
Action: Deploy guard forces at grain silos and commodity distribution ports.
Logic: Hunger is the enemy of the revolution. Prevent hoarding and looting so that the distribution chain for bread and essential items is not severed.
7. Vital Veins: Water and Electricity Infrastructure
Action: Protection of dams, power plants, and electricity distribution substations by volunteer specialists.
Logic: Cutting off the city's water and power leads to chaos. Technicians are national heroes; ensure their security so the city can breathe.
8. Underground Arteries: Metro Management
Action: Capture control rooms and metro tunnels.
Logic: The metro is the fastest way to move grassroots forces and supplies; if aerial strikes continue, it serves as the best shelter for civilians.
9. Gateways of the Country: International and Domestic Airports
Action: Control of runways and control towers (Mehrabad, etc.).
Logic: Prevent the escape of regime leaders with national wealth and prepare for the arrival of humanitarian aid or national leaders.
10. The Mobility Fleet: Public Transportation
Action: Centralize bus terminals and trains.
Logic: To maintain order in the city and transport volunteers to sensitive points, the transportation system must remain under the management of National Forces.
A Vital Note: We have come to enforce the law, not for personal vendettas. Any member of the repressive forces who lays down their weapon must be detained and tried in fair courts according to the law. Your discipline is what differentiates us from tyranny.
